The service was exceptional starting from the reservations team who quickly got me booked in. The pre-assessment team was flexible with my appointment and gave me all the information I needed. I felt in great hands the whole way through and this has easily been the nicest hospital experience I have had.

I would like to thank my anaesthetist, Dr Jeremy Prout. I couldn’t have asked for a better or more experienced anaesthetist. His manner is so calming so I didn’t feel any anxieties and I didn’t experience any negative effects after the anaesthetic. Thank you to my surgeon, Mr Ramon Tahmassebi, who was extremely professional and treated me with great care from my first appointment. He always kept me updated and I knew I was in great hands. Also thank you to my anaesthetic practitioner, Charlotte Newnham, my PACU nurse Llanah Monteiro and day case staff Jezel Cuyos and Boglarka Bod. Such amazing care all around!
