The care I received was excellent. I felt fully supported throughout the morning (initial appointment) and all the staff were friendly and professional. I have friends who have been treated within other trusts and new experience care been varying. The idea of the initial consultation which includes all the tests and investigations needed for diagnosis is much less stressful than several separate appointments, and is far less stressful.
