I wasn't sure what to expect, honestly I thought it would be more about the therapist telling me how I should react in certain situations.
So the experience was unknown to me , but I understand, the point is making the patient to think about it and come to his own conclusions.
I enjoyed talking to [name removed], she has a very calm tone, and that made me relaxed and even without thinking to much ,I was realising things about myself.
Suggested improvements
The only thing I struggled was to find, the files [name removed] sent me ,but maybe that's because I don't have a laptop just the phone...so some of the files I couldn't open because I needed a certain app, for it .
