The environment was nice and warm, they gave food that was satisfactory. The staff make rules that are inconsistent and the patients on the ward are not happy with the inconsistency and it's not fair on us.

Makes rules that are not inconsistent as this causes the ward to break down and causes unnecessary incidents that don't need to be made in the first place. Staff need to have more 1:1s with patients so that patients have more involment with their care.
