I recently had a routine mammogram screening at the hospital and every member of staff I saw then was polite and helpful. I received a call back letter a week later and within four days had an appointment for an ultrasound and biopsy. Throughout that appointment I had contact with four members of staff who could not have been more supportive, helpful and reassuring - explaining what the procedures were and answering my questions. Their calm, informed and friendly approach was immensely reassuring and I thank them all.
