Had appointment with Mr Nair in urology today which i had waited months for. I was extremely disappointed in his attitude towards myself, my treatment and my opinion. I felt humiliated by the speed in which my consultation was carried out. Reception and nursing staff all conducted themselves in a professional and pleasant manner which makes it all the more incredible that the only aspect of this hospital which failed to impress was the consultant hinself. Ayr hospital looks impressive, has an excellent standard of nursing and care therefore its upsetting that my opinion has been tarnished by Mr Nairs treatment of myself.
