I was put my ease and felt relaxed with or pleasant friendly nurse. She apologized for keeping me waiting. This was because she took the time and care with a previous patient.

I rang the surgery and told the receptionist about my condition and was told a duty doctor would call me back. The doctor rang in about an hour and asked me to come to the surgery in a quarter hr. So I was very pleased to get seen so quickly.
