The surgery is extremely busy with hundreds of telephone consultations and enquiries every day. I was so sorry to hear that people have been verbally and physically abusive to staff working here, I understand people are frustrated but the pressures are not their fault and aggression is completely unacceptable. In my family there are a number of people including one child with chronic health conditions. When I call, the receptionists are calm and effective and the action they explain is always what happens. Beware Paddock wood pharmacy have struggled to provide the same level of service although I’m sure they are trying their best. My GP Dr Turner is practical, kind and knowledgeable.
I had a appointment today with a new doctor I was mad to feel that I shouldn’t of bothered going the doctor I saw was very rude keeped huffing and puffing and very unhelpful I came up in tears and feeling I had no answers
Whilst attending the surgery with my mother for wound dressing change and suture removal I was concerned at the lack of aseptic technique and poor hand hygiene during patient care/contact.
Everyone is always helpful. When you have The need to see a GP that day, I've phoned many times at 8am and always had an appointment that day. I am a regular visitor now and have always been well cared for. The online ordering of prescription medications is very useful. When I had an issue it was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I can't recommend this surgery highly enough.
Always very happy with my care at the Health Centre, doctors & Nurses allways happy to help.
