Tired and outdated waiting room, which is where you will wait for a long time to see a Doctor. Waiting room never appears clean, and the toys and magazines are tired and old and don't look cleaned. Waiting times are huge. Generally you can only book an appointment on the day that you call in on (although this seems to vary randomly) You can only call the surgery in 2 hour time slots twice a day. In the very long times that I have had to wait to see a doctor by appointment, i have never seen a cleaner, or any attempt to clean the surgery. The number to call the doctor is an 08457 number The reception staff are polite and friendly. The doctors are good except one, who shall remain shameless and their offices seem neat and tidy even if the general feel of the place is tired and run down.
