After taking my child I to the surgery with an obvious facial injury, I was told they operate a triage service and there were three people in front of me and I would have to leave and wait for a phone call, bearing in mind I'm in the surgery. When the phone call comes I'm told they are at full capacity with no chance of seei g a 3 year old u til 6pm and I should go to a walk in, as they are not an A and E department. I understand this, but ibwa standing in the reception with an injured child, all it needed was a quick look, please wait and we'll see you or you need the walk in. Utter disgrace.

Hate this surgery. Doctors left me feeling belittled and bullied. No duty of care and terrible communication problems. My obvious frustrations were met with distain and disrespect. Avoid these doctors at all costs

I will never use the Pharmacy again! One staff extremely rude! Another staff most unhelpful & aloof! Extremely difficult to get an appointment under 2 weeks! Request for a Doc. to call goes unheeded! It seems impossible to see the specific Doc. I was assigned to! All other Docs. but the one I see about my ongoing Asthma, are very reluctant to issue the medication I have used for donkey's years!!!! The new receptionists are unhelpful & not very knowledgeable! I will NOT see two particular Docs. at the practice!!! The Asthma Nurse & her side-kick do not listen & are unhelpful for my condition!

The online appointments and repeat prescriptions are very useful, especially given the congestion on the phone lines. The car park isn't big enough and needs sorting out ASAP.
