Always helpful and give a great service - also went to Christ Hospital for the Covid Vaccination and I have not seen such organisation, helpful people in a long time - well done all concerned.
Can take a phone call every day, sometimes twice a day in order to speak with a Dr let alone get an appointment, reception is lovely but just put messages through to Dr an no one ever respinds.
Friendly and caring staff. Receptionists are very helpful and informative and try and make sure your needs are met or explain why there may be any delay, etc.
The phones inform you where you are in the queue when ringing the surgery which is very helpful.
Despite the pandemic we have been able to consult with a GP and have spoken on the telephone, had video consultations and face to face procedures when needed.
Dr Coutroubis has been extremely helpful and is always approachable and caring. I always feel that she has taken the time to familiarise with my case before consultations and is very holistic in her care.
My partner has communication difficulties and even though wriiten consent was done on his behalf but he signed it to say to speake to methe doctor keeps ringing up he has communication difficulties and finds it hard to understand. The written consent is being ignored this is out of order and no one would see him and 4 days later I took him to hospital he was diagnosed with shingkes now he may have eye problem as doctors from surgery didn't diagnosed it properly and on time
My mother stayed with me for Christmas but became unwell we have had a number of appointments, urgent cart, fast surrey etc.
The care and compassion of the staff at south water surgery has however been exceptional no time urgency- care and attention to detail.
Thank you
