I’ve just been with the practice for 2 years, but have found appointments and medical help easy to access. The GPs are knowledgable and considerate. The practice has many ways to access care and responds quickly to requests.

I have found no areas that need improvement.

This surgery is still using the pandemic as an excuse to stay inaccessible to patients. Just what are the doctors doing for their salary? Certainly not seeing patients and not even speaking on the telephone, unless you can wait Six weeks for a short phone call. So many unhappy patients but who do we all complain to? We need another surgery staffed with full time doctors who are prepared to see patients.

Open up as most other surgeries have done!
