I visited Cliffe Avenue surgery following a family bereavment, the GP i saw was lovely, offered lots of help & support & even offered to have a extended sick note taken to a surgery that is closer to my home so it was easier for me to pick up.

took ill over weekend didnt want to go to a/e stuck it out until monday mor called in at 8am saw a dr at 8 40 am now thats what i call service just small point getting a app with doctor you like and trust can be long sometimes up to 6 week but thats a small point one receptionist can do with going back to charm school others are great in all a good drs surgery
