Until very recently it has been very difficult to obtain an urgent appt. unless you call on the day at 8 am. Otherwise my experience of the wait has been up to 2 weeks.

Getting an appoint is always difficult.
Got told to go to minor injuries where condition was misdiagnosed instead of seeing GP as requested.Further appointment attempt did not receive call back with a time had to chase them at the end of the day.Went to attend appointment the following day only
to find the time given was not registered.Finally received a time for later in the day.
General communication was me has been poor.
