Terrible Terrible surgery . It is impossible to get through to reception let alone get an appointment. Have had to go to urgent care for pretty much every non urgent issue I have had - which defeats the point of being part of a GP surgery, the joke of it is they are still advertising that they are accepting new patients on their website… how are they getting away with level of service , surely there must be standards they have to meet and are monitored for?
