1. Receptionist very helpful and understanding when phoned for same day appointment.
2. Doctor on time - thorough examination and explanation of what problem might be and how to treat it.

Waiting in reception could be generally improved especially when a problem arised.
Another receptionist to help with the queue would be appreciated one could miss their appointment waiting and this is when patients get annoyed.
