We are very lucky to have such a good service from nunwell most of the Dr's are excellent l I had an unfortunate experience with one Dr who I belive has now left I would definitely not see him again but that side that is only 1 person i would highly recommend nunwell to anyone. Thankyou to a great team of people including all the dispensers.xx

Changing times, my wife and I called to book two appointments, one each. We got through on the phone and had appointments same day 10 mins apart! Great service, keep it up.

It is almost impossible to contact the surgery by 'phone. Their is no online booking system. No confirmations of appointments are issued and no reminders e-mailed.

Patient care when you get to see a nurse or doctor is good. Customer care by the reception staff is poor and communication with the practice all but impossible.
