Since this practice has been taken over the care and concern of patients is appalling. Ruabon surgery used to be an excellent practice before these amateurs got in there. Referrals are promised but not followed through. Some of the reception staff are off hand and brush people off with what THEY think is the course. of action that should be taken. These are NOTmedical practitioners and can’t diagnose illness. It’s always a battle to get an appointment here. When are they going to open up the surgery to patients in order to provide a proper service. Covid can’t be used for ever as a way to keep what has become an easy workplace practice. Other services are open to the public ie hospitals , podiatrists etc. Where is the practice management? This practice is inefficient and should be put into special measures.

Reception staff need training Doctors need to follow up on what they promise which from my experience is where they fall down badly. There needs to be more continuity.... you never see the same GP twice. Open up the surgery so patients-can actually see a doctor and to ease the pressures on hospital A&E

One cannot fault the medical team here who are always helpful despite the pressures that they are under. Trying to contact them by telephone for an appointment or results is a real pain. The initial answerphone take too long. I have had to listen to 'you're call is important to us' 25 times before finally hanging up. It has been quicker to drive a couple of miles to the surgery rather than be kept waiting on the phone.
