because gp practices have changed all over the uk, and its changed because the government have made them change their approach to their patients. its inexcusable that we have to wait on the telephone for 50 minutes to get an appointment, especially when you are ill.

you cannot get any better unless you go against the government guidelines as to how you run your gp practice.

I cannot review individual doctors, but i just want to write that i could not receive better treatment than i have at manor clinic. They have gone the extra mile in my care, snd i cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

The practice is very clean after renovation and the reception staff are great. I am allowed to stick to one doctor and I find it very good.
