All I can say is that this surgery doesn't appear to care at all for the most vulnerable and elderly patients. Test results are not relayed to patients or their carers. Even when told that the elderly patient is very poorly and getting weaker no one seems to pay any attention. Admin systems are very inefficient and contribute to the distress and suffering of patients. A bit of joint up thinking and someone taking some responsibility would help a lot but perhaps it's too much to hope for! In the meantime patients have no choice but to call an ambulance when their condition deterioriates because of inadequate medical care provided by the practice. I'm slowly exhausting my options and would transfer my elderly husband to another practice, once I get him back on his feet after yet another health problem that could have been avoided if he only got treated in time.

Be prepared to wait at least an hour for your appointment, if you manage to actually get one! The doctors are great when you can actually see them!

Can never manage to get an appointment, even a general one for a few weeks, was told to call back on different days and times by receptionists who didn't even know when they can make appointments as the Doctors didn't release their rota. When I did call back at the time asked they yet again told me to call back another day, just ridiculous. The receptionists are very rude and not understanding at all, they make you more sick. Something needs to be done, I don't pay my taxs promptly to receive this kind of service and I never need an appointment but suddenly when I do it's impossible to get one!
