Appointment was made online which was trouble free and allowed me to select a time and GP of my choosing. GP was kind, considerate and reassuring and referred me for a hospital appointment immediately. This took place eight days later and was also excellent. The practice appears well run and staff are helpful and discreet. The only small issue I have is that the staff member who was to make my hospital appointment while I was still in the surgery was not available and it didn't appear that any of the other staff were able to access the booking system. Also, I didn't get the promised phone call later that day to advise me of the hospital appointment time, instead I called into the practice again in person and collected the necessary paperwork. These are minor criticisms but nevertheless formed part of the patient experience which overall was very good.

I cannot speak highly enough of this practice, the staff are a credit, always helpful and pleasant. I would definitely recommend grange road to friends or family as I have always had excellent care.

I was offered a same day appointment and when I attended the surgery I only waited 5 minutes. When I saw the GP She listened to me, asked further questions, recommended treatment and arranged for a hospital referral to be dealt with within 2 weeks. It was reassuring and professional and I was more than happy with the treatment.
