This surgery is the worst I've been trying to call for hours and they don't answer. Either it's a queue position or just cut the phone off. And IF you eventually get throw to them the staffs behaviour is appalling and rude. They shouldn't be asking what is the reason for the appointment before DECIDING to give an appointment or thinking shall we just leave it it's not life or death, it should be confidential.

Your receptionist staff speaking better and not rudely and getting appointments before your about to die
