I have had to visit the surgery for a variety of reasons over the last few years. The receptionists are always extremely helpful, kind & go out of their way to accommodate needs. The same can be said of he nurses. The Doctors all have a very professional, kind & understanding way of dealing with problems.

Have always been treated with respect by all staff especially following a recent operation when I had some concerns and needed to speak to a doctor on the phone.

I was unfortunate enough to make an appointment with the new CHD Nurse, whilst I appreciate changes need to be made to patient care. I was amazed not to have been greeted by her and was immediately told my reviews would become annual, I expressed some concern about my blood pressure checks and told to see a HCA if necessary ,or a GP, during the time I have been seeing Nurse Woods I cannot remember the last time I took a GP's time for anything as I have always felt reassured and able to discuss any concerns. I am quite happy to have annual reviews but attitude goes a long way and not surprisingly my blood pressure was markedly raised for the 1st time in years. I do feel that the way a person interacts with patients is very important and will make a concerted difference to the amount of GP time taken up.

The reception area is clean and bright and the staff are smart and professional, which inspires confidence. The staff and doctors make good eye contact, are very good communicators with patients.
