You cannot get through to them via telephone and the CONVD-19 pandemic is showing how bad the surgery is managed.
They just want all issues to be dealt now with the e-consult, I'm a fan of this and if I can avoid going to the most depressing environment of the surgery the better but make the e-consult form simple and less questions if ordering a blood form by making this types of request a simple link instead of going through pages of questions that are not relevant.
Receptionist are very helpful and friendly, and I am treated with respect .
The doctors are professional and always give you time .

I have been coming to surgery for the about a year and a half now. I think that the staff and the doctors are very polite whenever i go in to see them. However, the only down side to the surgery is that whenever I try and call I am on hold for 10 minutes sometimes more than 10 minutes that no one answers the phone. I think the phone needs to picked up a lot quicker than 10 minutes. This is the only downside of the surgery. Apart from that as a patient I am very at this surgery and think that the staff and doctors are doing a great job.
