Doctor Patel and Doctor Jani have been at the surgery for a long time now. Every time I’ve seen either of them they have been caring,helpful and given me time and help every time.so thank you both very much. A word of praise also goes the reception staff. Very efficient and polite. A special than you to Sandra always very helpful. Your all doing a great job and should be proud of yourselves. Thank you all. Mark Payne

I have been with this practise for almost 40 years and never had reason to complain until today when I saw Dr Peter Newman who I found totally disinterested to the point of boredom! He was, dismissive with very poor skills of communication, no eye contact, abrupt with a very rude and demeaning manner. He has let this excellent surgery and reception staff down very badly. He also seems to be the only Doctor on Friday afternoon duty! Very disappointing

I had my first appointment and all I can say is that I received fantastic service. The receptionists are resourceful professionals who help without partiality. The self-service system is simple to use and cuts queuing. I was received by Dr Rodrigues who sounded very knowledgeable and keen to help. I would recommend this surgery to anyone.

as always the staff and doctor were very helpful. doctor was extremely thorough. Only problem is the electronic prescription system that had me running around. I think the problem lies with the Chemist.

Rang into the surgery for advice as my daughter had banged her head at school.The receptionists were extremely helpful and put me through to the doctor straight away. I really couldn't have asked for more if I'd tried. Great surgery, great doctors, great staff thank you all
