I saw the GP at 9am, submitted my test to the surgery at 10 and Dr Arcari phoned me at 8pm to explain my results and refer me to a specialist.
The receptionists were kind and helpful.
Dr Arcari was thorough, patient and kind, and all the services were very efficient.
I have to wait 2 weeks for a follow up blood test but the queues can’t be helped.
I have just been for a blood test i was thirty five minuites early.but was sent upstairs to see a nurse.
my appointment was 2.28.i then spoke to a nurse and asked what the time was she sai ten to three.
And felt i had been forgotten.
I then spoke to a lovely receptionist who said we will try and fit you in.sorry you should not have been sent upstairs by the receptionist previous.
Then another white haired shoulder length haired receptionist was realy rude and shouted well you were early my college told me.
So does this mean just because i was early they can be forgotten..your receptionist was middle age with brown boots. she was realy awfull to me.i was not even talking to her at the time.
I do find sometimes these receptionist are above their station in the way the talk to patients.
I have been with charter longer than she has been working there and i never had this before.
Remarkably well organised, fantastic booking system, friendly/helpful reception staff and great doctor. Shining example of what NHS can do.
