I felt in very safe and experienced hands from first consultation onwards. I was treated with such care and kindness the day of my procedure from the reception staff, anaesthetist, surgeon and wonderful team of nurses. I can’t fault the level of care I was given on the day and knowing help was on hand 24/7 afterwards if needed was reassuring. I’d say communication could be improved between consultation and appointment and it would be helpful to receive the post procedure care prior to the day of surgery but does not take away from my gratitude and satisfaction with the entire team.
