Just wanted to take the time to write a review for Jack who was amazing and so committed to my Shin Splint recovery. Jack carefully put together a bespoke return to run program for me over the duration of a few months and did muscle work on my legs. He was motivating and always adapted the excercises to my capabilities, was always professional and ultimately helped to get me back on track! It’s looking like I will now be able to run again in the next few weeks! Jack and I had to stop my sessions due to finishing my job however I would highly recommend him to anyone who’s seeking this sort of treatment.
